About me

Hello! I’m Jen MacInnis, and I’m delighted you’re here. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy, I’m currently advancing my expertise through a Level 2 International Coaching Federation Accredited Coaching program, working towards my Professional Coaching Certification as a Holistic Life Coach. Additionally, I’m pursuing a Graduate certification in Christian Counseling and hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education.

My personal journey has deeply informed my professional path. After overcoming negative life experiences, I developed a profound desire for meaning and purpose. This quest led me to explore a wide range of self-help literature and spiritual programs. From God to the teachings of Chopra, Tolle and Buddhist philosophy, to singing bowls, hugging trees (literally!) and back to our Lord and Savior. I’ve embraced the Lord and through my faith, have been called to support others toward finding thier spiritual grounding and healing. I learned that life is too precious to merely go through the motions, I began to live purposefully in Christ —both internally and externally. Fruit isn’t necessarily a bigger home, bigger bank account or a family that never disagrees; it is the peace to be found in life as usual, among both challenges and boredom; it is finding relationship in Jesus and freedom from the world while living in it.

I am passionate about helping others embark on their own journeys of discovery and authentic living. I find immense joy in partnering with individuals who are ready to embrace growth and change. Finding and nurturing your spirit in the way that creates peace, purpose, and honoring self is life changing. We all possess the tools to call upon our Creator, leaning into our faith and love from Him to navigate life’s challenges. Through the supportive space of Holistic - Christian Coaching, we can co-create well-being, peace of mind, while embracing your beliefs and values in the process.
